ROPES WALL WORKSHOP with Laura Woodall

The ropes wall is another prop to add to your yoga “tool belt”. It offers the possibility of practicing poses and actions from beginner level to advanced level in a fun and informative way.  With support you are held in traction that allows for more time, more exploration and more opening in the poses.  Join Laura as she introduces the wall, how to use it, enjoy it and the possibilities it can provide to enhance your practice.  Minimum of 4 students.  RESTORATIVE YOGA with Laura Woodall

Are you feeling stressed & anxious? Or perhaps overwhelmed by the busyness of life? Then join us for a yoga class that promises deep relaxation and rejuvenation.  Restorative Yoga is a soothing asana practice with passive, supported poses held for extended periods.  We use lots of props so the body can fully relax comfortably while releasing tension and stress.  It is a gentle practice that soothes the Central Nervous System. While resting in stillness, you experience deep states of relaxation yet maintain consciousness and awareness.  By observing and welcoming various aspects of what is present in the body and mind, you will recognize and experience underlying peace. This class is appropriate for all levels. Instructor:  Laura Woodall. Minimum of 6 students. Email Jane to reserve your space.

YOGA for CANCER PATIENTS & SURVIVORS

Yoga for Cancer Certified instructor Laura Woodall will lead this class focused on yoga poses that may aid in strengthening the immune system and alleviating the side effects ~ physical, mental and emotional ~ that arise during cancer therapy. Please note: Students must be able to move and from the floor unassisted.

We will have the luxury of time to deepen your practice, expand your awareness in the poses and to explore what just might be possible with a little more time on your mat.
