Are you feeling stressed & anxious? Or perhaps overwhelmed by the busyness of life? Then join us for a yoga class that promises deep relaxation and rejuvenation.  Restorative Yoga is a soothing asana practice with passive, supported poses held for extended periods.  We use lots of props so the body can fully relax and release tension and stress.  It is a gentle practice that soothes the Central Nervous System. While resting in stillness, you experience deep states of relaxation yet maintain consciousness and awareness.  By observing and welcoming various aspects of what is present in the body and mind, you will recognize and experience underlying peace. MELT Method
Wednesdays  1-2 pm   8 week series beginning Jan 10-Feb 28th  (cost: $136)

Join certified MELT instructor, Catharine Eberhart, as you MELT More. Experience immediate changes in how your body looks and feels. Learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to remain active, healthy and pain-free for life. This all levels class will use specialized soft body rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Balls to simulate the results of manual bodywork therapy. Relieve aches and pains brought on by stuck stress caused by aging and active living. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment and learn how to keep your whole body working better.  Space is limited to 14 participants.
