Class Descriptions, Schedules, and Fees

Spring Session: March 24 through June 8, 2008

Registration will open March 3.

Please join us in classes at the Raleigh Yoga Center, a space where you can find a more creative way toward the understanding of, caring for, and growing in your physical, mental, and emotional selves.

We keep our classes small to bring you more individualized attention, so registration is limited to 15 students. Those currently enrolled will have first choice of pre-registering until the end of the current session. After that, registration will be open on a first come basis.

All current and prospective students need to read the policies page. (Things To Know About Taking Class)

A link to the registration form is at the bottom of the page. Please read the whole page before you go to the registration page.

Free Introductory Classes
Free classes will be held during the first two weeks of the session for those who have never studied with us before. Space is limited, so you will need to call and reserve a spot in one of our regularly scheduled classes.
Introduction to Yoga brings to the student the fundamentals of posture, balance, and breath, allowing one to progress into a daily habit that will lead to the path of improving health, agility, serenity, and increased awareness of self.
