Free Introductory Classes
Free classes will be held during the first two weeks of the session for those who have never studied with us before. Space is limited, so you will need to call and reserve a spot in one of our regularly scheduled classes.

Introduction to Yoga is suitable for those new to Yoga, with limited experience and/or practice, or recovering from injury or illness. This class will progress gently with emphasis on the foundations of Yoga and alignment principles for safe Yoga practice. It will emphasize the fundamentals of posture, balance, and breath, allowing one to progress into a daily habit that will lead to the path of improving health, agility, serenity, and increased awareness of self.
